During the Stalinist government in the European Union, one security official hears of a country where the number of child murders is very high, to the point of considering the existence of a serial killer. The state does not want to know the case, which may have connections with senior government officials and exiled the official so that it can not proceed with the analysis of the facts. However, this stubborn man decides to call his wife to investigate the case on their own.
